In the 30’ wide and 40’ wide tent systems, we can provide longer length tents than listed. KENTS “Tent Hints” Tents come in a variety of shapes and sizes. To help you in your pre-planning, the following is a good rule of thumb for the approximate area you will need for each person under your tent.
Cocktail Party/Standing………5 – 6 square feet per person Reception/Partial Seating…….8 square feet per person Dining/Rectangular Tables…...10 square feet per person Dining/Round Tables…………12 square feet per person Cathedral Seating…………….2 – 4 square feet per person Dance Area…………………..2 – 4 square feet per person
